Man in wearing a hoodie and face mask is sat looking into the window on the underground metro train. He's looking into the dark void in the window and relfecting on life, Void In The Metro Poem By callum Ashworth.

Void In The Metro

Beneath the surface reveals the cities past.
A network of tunnels when mapped out
and followed reveal a line from the past.
The deeper down the line the stronger
the visions become,
I see the struggles I’ve had to overcome.
Yet the people around me fail
to see all that I’ve done.

Not long now until I arrive at the next station, stranger’s are frustratingly waiting.
The tracks are drumming the engine
is humming and warm yellow light buzzing.

Beyond the window a void prevails
I can see it’s many tales.
One glance into the dark abyss,
I can’t help but feel a great sense of hopelessness.
It’s suffocating stare makes me feel it’s despair and this mask I wear I take everywhere.
